The aim of this site is to provide quick and easy exercise routines, you can do in a gym, or at home, or practically anywhere.

For most of the excersises you use your own body weight so special equipement is not necessary. You can excersise at home, if you go away for work, or simply don’t have the time to train, or perhaps if you have a young family.

(You can always get the family involved with a little competition or get them to count or time you).

A small goal or a large challenge, perhaps  going up some stairs without being out of breath, or you are wanting to beat a time on a run, the workouts on this site can help you out making you stronger.

I will use workouts such as HIIT (HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training), but make them so that anyone can do them.
