I am Will Ford

I have completed various running races from 2.4km military runs, park runs, full marathons, triathlons and obstacle courses. Some were for a bit of fun and others have been for charity.

I have up-to-date fitness requirement information for those wishing to join the Regular or Reserve Service.

Qualifications and courses

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor
  • Circuits, core, TRX suspension, Kettlebells and advanced resistance training.
  • Behaviour coaching: do you make excuses not to exercise but you know you are unfit or need to lose weight? I can help!
  • Nutrition and weight management for sport in exercise. Looking at your current diet and exercise to give you lasting results rather than cutting everything out through fad diets that may do more harm than good.
  • Pre and post-natal exercise and nutrition, whether you have just become pregnant or are looking to get back into exercise. Programmes can be designed around you for nutrition as well as exercise.
  • Professional athletes use Pilates which is suitable for you and me. It helps movement, increases strength, releases stress and aids sleep and well-being. For those of you who have never tried it, give it a gentle form of yoga.
