I provide quick and easy exercise routines that you can do in a gym, or at home, or practically anywhere.
Each workout has a video of the entire routine, but for a variety of reasons, it may be better to take things a little easier at first. and for this, I provide a separate video of options which are easier to allow you to build up to the full routine.
For most of the exercises, you use your bodyweight so no special equipment is not required. You can exercise at home, or if you go away for work, or simply don’t have the time to train, or perhaps if you have a young family.
Get the family or friends involved with a little competition or get them to count or time you.
A small goal or a large challenge, perhaps climbing some stairs without being out of breath, or you are wanting to improve time on a run, the workouts on this site can help you achieve your goal.
I will use workouts such as HIIT (HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training) but make them so that anyone can do them.
